Founder & CEO
Ciro Poppiti is the founder of 250Ride.org, a civic leader, historian, and attorney with a long record of producing large-scale public events rooted in history and community engagement. A serving member of the Delaware National Guard, Ciro recently deployed to the Middle East as a lawyer soldier. Through the 250 Ride, he leads the historic reenactment of Caesar Rodney’s legendary journey, using education and storytelling to present a more complete and inclusive historical record.
Hugo Immediato Jr.
Co-Producer & Route Manager
Hugo A. Immediato Jr. is a Delaware native with a strong background in hospitality, entertainment, and community engagement. He previously held leadership roles in entertainment programming and tourism for Three Little Bakers Dinner Theatre and Country Club. With a deep appreciation for history and storytelling, Hugo serves as Co-Producer and Route Manager of the 250 Ride, helping bring this landmark commemorative initiative to life.
Jesse Heninger
Co-Producer & Marketing Director
Jesse Heninger brings a diverse background in marketing, entertainment, and strategic communications, with experience across professional sports, live events, hospitality, and political campaigns. He currently serves as Chief Marketing Officer for a national sports nonprofit and for the 250 Ride, supporting a commemorative effort that blends history, civic pride, and community collaboration in recognition of America’s 250th anniversary.
Lisa Marcozzi
Co-Producer & Event Director
Lisa Marcozzi serves as Event Director for the 250 Ride, bringing a detail-driven approach to operations, coordination, and logistics. A former small business owner based in Delaware, Lisa works closely with leadership, partners, and volunteers to keep planning, scheduling, and execution aligned as the initiative moves toward America’s 250th anniversary.
