Join us on June 12, 2026, from 6:00 PM–9:00 PM for an unforgettable evening at Thousand Acre Farm, located at 260 South Reedy Point Road in Middletown, Delaware, as the 250 Ride Gala welcomes the arrival of Caesar Rodney at the conclusion of Day One of the reenactment journey.

 

Having departed Dover earlier that day following the ceremonial launch at Christ Church on The Green, Rodney will arrive by historic carriage at approximately 6:30 PM during his reenacted journey to Philadelphia, offering guests a rare opportunity to witness history as it unfolds in real time.

Throughout the evening, attendees will encounter members of the Unheard Voices of the Revolution, bringing to life the stories of those who helped shape our nation but are too often left out of the narrative. Set against the backdrop of one of Delaware’s most scenic waterfront farm venues, the Gala will feature a sit-down dinner, live music, reenactors, the official 250Ride.org Liberty Lager from First State Brewing Company, a cash bar, and thoughtfully curated moments that connect past and present.

Guests are encouraged to attend in Business Casual attire or Colonial Costume, helping create an immersive and memorable atmosphere throughout the evening. Free parking will be available on site. The evening will welcome partners, special guests, and members of the public, with a limited number of tickets available at $125 per person. Tickets will include 2 drink tickets w/ non alcoholic beverages free of charge.
